Jim was great! Saved us from almost buying a dumpster fire. He was very informative, knew what he was looking for, and actually took the time
to make sure that everything he looked at was working, if something was going to go soon or not, tested appliances. I couldn’t have been

As a first time home buyer I was incredibly nervous for inspection day, the day where the professional
picks the house apart. I was very fortunate to work with Peter who made the process stress free! He was incredibly thorough going through each room taking pictures and explaining any of his findings
as we went so I knew exactly what was going on. Not only that but Peter had our full report to us in no time so we were able to get it in to our lender and not have any delays. I cannot recommend JMC

extraordinary knowledge about all things concerning a house. If there are less than satisfactory findings he can help a buyer navigate the type of professional needed for a repair/replacement, how
one might go about repairing and is up to date with the latest materials and upgrades that should be used. I give Ben 10 stars!

The home inspector was extremely thorough and I found that I was not only getting an inspection but also an education! He was patient, and
walked through the house with me, letting me know LOTS about what was in the house, how things worked, and what maintenance I should have done as well. I would HIGHLY recommend JMC.
