This company is great. We turned to them for a home inspection after the first company we turned to provided a report that wasn't very helpful when buying our first home. JMC Associates provided a very helpful inspection report which gave us confidence in what needed to be done right away vs what could be put off. What is more, a year later, when a sales guy was suggesting our roof might need replacing, I called JMC and they came out and inspected our roof one more time for free because they did a report when we bought our house. He was patient, and walked through the house with me, letting me know LOTS about what was in the house, how things worked, and what maintenance I should have done as well.
