Inspections
For the Buyer: Buyers are encouraged to accompany the inspector throughout
the inspection process and questions are answered in layman terms. Buyers receive a comprehensive analysis
of the building structure and major mechanical systems. Our inspector will provide you with the information
needed to help you evaluate your pending purchase in a report that has an easy to follow format and includes
comments and repair recommendations based on existing visible conditions.
For the Seller: A pre-sale inspection allows the seller to attain the true value
of their property prior to listing your home for sale. An inspection can help you and
your Realtor more accurately determine the property's value. Working with your Realtor,
decisions can be made to maximize the value of your home and provide knowledge on how to
best prepare your home for future sale. Pre-sale inspection will help reduce the time spent in
negotiations, and avoid unforeseen problems resulting from an inspection performed just prior to signing
a P&S.
