Q: What will the inspection cover?
A: A thorough Inspection covers everything from roof to the foundation. Including, electric service, water heater, plumbing system, a/c, chimney, fireplace, doors, windows & exterior, siding and trim, roof, gutters, basement, crawlspace, heating/cooling, foundation/structure, grading retaining walls, siding, trim, driveways, walkways, ceilings, floors, walls, ventilation and insulation.

Q: How long will the Inspection take?
A: Most Inspections take approximately 2-2½ hours. However, this may vary depending on the size of the home.

Q: Should I be present during the Inspection?
A: We recommend that you be present. We will, however, provide you with a detailed report covering all aspects of your home.
